WORKSHOP

This workshop is all about finding truth in comedy and building strong, authentic scenes. Using the fundamentals of long-form improv, participants will learn to trust their instincts, listen with purpose, and respond honestly. Through a series of engaging exercises, you'll develop the confidence to create improv scenes that can take their time.

BIO

For over 25 years McGettigan has worked in improv, theatre, sketch comedy, video, and as a playwright. He has won numerous awards for his outstanding work in multiple fields, and taught and has been lucky enough to have learned from some of the all time greats of the international improv community. He has worked with Second City, was the gorilla on an episode of Detroiters and in 2016 became training center Director of Planet Ant where he now works as Producing Director.
